Can I upgrade or downgrade between plans anytime?

Yes — change plans from your account billing page, anytime, no calls required. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you don't lose access mid-month. If you downgrade past a feature you were using (extra widgets, A/B tests, integrations), those features pause but your data stays intact in case you upgrade again.
