What we collect
We collect information you give us (pitch requests, account signup, widget configurations, leads captured in your widgets) and minimal technical data (IP-derived country, browser type, pages viewed) needed to operate the site and platform.
How we use it
- Deliver pitch responses and customer support.
- Run the engagement platform: render your widgets, capture leads on your behalf, surface analytics.
- Send transactional and product emails. You can unsubscribe from non-essential mail at any time.
- Improve the product based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns.
Leads captured in your widgets
When a visitor submits a lead in a widget you own, you are the controller of that data. We process it on your behalf under your account. You can export or delete leads at any time from /app/results.
Cookies & analytics
We use a small set of first-party cookies to keep you signed in and a privacy-respecting analytics pipeline to measure traffic. We do not sell personal data and we do not use third-party advertising trackers on the marketing site.
Subprocessors
We rely on a short list of infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery, payments). On request to will@xponent21.com we will share the current subprocessor list.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account by emailing will@xponent21.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.
